Shipping and order fulfillment

Every order placed at Marbella Fashion is processed immediately and typically completed within 1-2 business days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery time

The standard delivery period for parcels is between 2 and 6 business days , although it should be borne in mind that this period may be extended in situations related to high logistic traffic intensity or customs authorities' activities.

Shipping method and origin of shipments

All orders are fulfilled by a selected, verified supplier. Depending on the destination country, additional customs fees may apply, the amount of which is beyond the store's control.

Shipping costs

For orders over 200 PLN , the shipping cost is covered entirely by the store. For orders under 200 PLN , the shipping fee is 4.99 PLN . Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the package's weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Lost or undelivered shipment

In the event of a lost parcel or logistical problems, the store undertakes to re-ship the parcel before applying the refund procedure.

Import duties

In some cases, shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which may result in additional import fees. These situations are very rare and are not the store's direct responsibility. If customs fees are incurred, the customer should contact the store for further instructions.

Delivery and collection of parcels

Each parcel is delivered to the address or collection point specified by the customer. Failure to collect the parcel may result in it being returned to the carrier, and the store reserves the right to charge administrative fees in such cases.

Tracking number
